Emotional intelligence is the capacity for
recognizing our own feelings and those of others, for motivating
ourselves, and for managing emotions well in ourselves and others.

Being able to accurately understand and perceive a person's
thoughts and emotions, even before exchanging words, through
understanding nonverbal signals such as body language and facial
expressions enables you to manage a relationship with success. Having
the ability to reason, understand and manage yours and others emotions
are strong components in relationship management and emotional
intelligence!

People with a high emotional intelligence will perform better and
achieve more! They can recognize and respond better to emotions and
motivation using both their intellectual and emotional sides. You can
improve your skills and abilities in emotional intelligence to better
interact with others, be more self- confident, motivated and empathetic!

When you REALLY LISTEN you develop greater
interpersonal effectiveness and understanding… and you achieve higher
levels of performance in yourself and others! Because you have observed
and listened to others – you will understand them better – and you will
be better able to manage situations and achieve success.
Listen and understand first – bring out the best in people – and turn
problems into phenomenal opportunities – utilizing your social and
emotional intelligence!

Motivation is Everywhere!
Where do you get your motivation?  Do you listen to music?  Read books?  Meditate?
Most people don't think of watching movies as a way to get motivated. Movies can be so inspiring! I wanted to share a few quotes with you from some of my favorites!
The next time you take the time to watch a movie, pay attention! You might find some motivation tucked into the dialogue!
